Quality Assurance Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the products you received, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will do our best to investigate and find a solution.

If our quality control team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order as quickly as possible. However, please note that replacement shipping will only be sent via standard shipping.

We prefer to fix any issues and send a replacement order to ensure you are satisfied with your orders. If that is not possible or you cannot wait for a new order to arrive, please indicate this when you contact us and other options will be considered, such as giving you a refund or providing you with an order of the same type of product for free.

Color Consistency

Our systems use high standard work processes to minimize color variations. However, due to the nature of printing processes, 100% consistency cannot be guaranteed. Images of garments may look slightly different in person due to screen settings on the device on which they are viewed, as well as display scales. Therefore, color variations that may occur due to the reasons mentioned above will be within acceptable tolerance levels and will not be covered by our quality guarantee.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive defective or damaged orders, such as damage to the delivered products, errors in the quantity of delivered products, or lack of quality of the delivered product that is not due to the lack of quality of the content you provided, we will bear the costs of the new order.

Lost Order Policy

For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will be happy to submit a replacement order on your behalf.
