Refund from you

At this time, we are not processing returns as we operate under a specific production model for each order and each product is uniquely created to satisfy each order. In case of dissatisfaction, we offer you the right to use our quality guarantee to obtain a replacement or refund. If you decide to place a new order, please note that you will be responsible for covering any associated costs.

Return to Sender

In these cases, please place a new order and contact us to investigate the issue and arrange a refund of the product price for the new order. This way, you will only pay again for shipping the order.

Wrong direction

If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.

Rejected by the Recipient

If you refuse the shipment during delivery, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed

If you are unable to receive your order at the address listed, shipments may be available for pickup at your local post office or carrier pickup point. Unclaimed shipments may be returned to the sender. In these cases, please place a new order and contact us so we can investigate the issue.
